Privacy Policy

Last updated June 22, 2026

Your data belongs to you. This policy sets out exactly what we collect, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the controls you have over it.

1. Overview

This Privacy Policy explains what personal data Kelmora Cloud (“Kelmora”, “we”, “us”) collects when you use our game servers, Kelmora GO, VPS hosting, website and control panel, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We act as the data controller for this information.

2. Data we collect

Information you give us

  • Account details: name, email address and password.
  • Billing details: company name, address and tax ID where applicable.
  • Anything you send to support, including tickets and chat messages.

Information we collect automatically

  • Server and panel logs: IP address, timestamps and actions taken.
  • Device and browser data needed to keep your session secure.
  • Usage metrics such as resource consumption and credit spend.

We do not inspect the content stored on your servers except where strictly necessary to investigate abuse or comply with a lawful request.

3. Payments

Card payments are processed by our PCI-DSS compliant payment partners (such as Stripe and PayPal). We never see or store your full card number — we only retain a token and the last four digits so you can recognise your payment method.

4. How we use your data

  • To provision, run and maintain the Services you request.
  • To take payment, issue invoices and prevent fraud.
  • To provide support and respond to your messages.
  • To send essential service notices about your account and security.
  • To improve performance, capacity planning and reliability.
  • To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.

6. Sharing your data

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers who help us operate, and only as far as they need to:

  • Payment processors, for billing and fraud prevention.
  • Infrastructure and data-centre partners that host the Services.
  • Email and support tooling used to communicate with you.
  • Authorities, where we are legally required to disclose information.

7. Data retention

We keep account and billing records for as long as your account is active and for up to seven years afterwards to satisfy tax and accounting rules. Server backups are retained on a rolling basis and deleted 14 days after an account is closed. Support tickets are kept for up to three years.

8. Security

We protect your data with encryption in transit, access controls, network-level DDoS protection and regular patching. No system is perfectly secure, but if a breach ever affects your personal data, we will notify you and the relevant authorities as required by law.

9. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

  • Access a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
  • Correct inaccurate data or complete incomplete data.
  • Delete your data, subject to our legal retention duties.
  • Object to or restrict certain processing.
  • Receive your data in a portable format.

To exercise any of these, email privacy@kelmora.cloud. You also have the right to complain to your local data-protection authority.

10. Cookies

We use a small number of cookies that are essential for signing in and keeping your session secure, plus optional analytics cookies that help us understand how the site is used. You can control non-essential cookies through the banner on your first visit or in your browser settings.

11. Changes & contact

We may update this policy from time to time; material changes will be announced by email or in the control panel. For any privacy question or request, contact our team at privacy@kelmora.cloud.
