Terms of Service

These terms explain the rules for using Kelmora Cloud, what you can expect from us, and what we expect from you. We've kept them as plain as a legal document can reasonably be.

1. Agreement to terms

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) form a binding agreement between you and Kelmora Cloud (“Kelmora”, “we”, “us”) covering your access to our game servers, Kelmora GO pay-as-you-play hosting, VPS plans, control panel and related services (together, the “Services”).

By creating an account, deploying a server or otherwise using the Services, you confirm that you have read and accept these Terms. If you are using the Services on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to bind that organisation.

2. Your account

You must be at least 16 years old to hold an account. You are responsible for everything that happens under your account, including activity by anyone you grant access to.

  • Keep your password and any API keys confidential.
  • Provide accurate billing and contact information and keep it current.
  • Tell us promptly at security@kelmora.cloud if you suspect unauthorised access.

3. Billing & credits

Subscriptions

VPS and game-server plans are billed in advance for the cycle you choose (monthly, quarterly or annually). Plans renew automatically at the end of each cycle unless you cancel beforehand from the control panel.

Kelmora GO credits

Kelmora GO bills by the hour in credits. Credits are consumed only while a server is online, and an idle server auto-sleeps. Purchased credits are non-refundable and do not expire while your account remains active. Promotional or free credits may carry their own expiry and are not exchangeable for cash.

Taxes & failed payments

Prices are exclusive of any applicable taxes, which are added at checkout. If a payment fails, we may suspend the affected Services after written notice and a reasonable grace period.

4. Refunds

New VPS and game-server subscriptions paid by Cashfree or PayPal qualify for a 12-hour money-back guarantee on the first invoice. Renewals, credit top-ups, and services billed per hour are non-refundable. Full details live in our Refund Policy.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Services to host, transmit or facilitate any of the following:

  • Activity that is unlawful where you or your users are located.
  • Network attacks, including DoS/DDoS, port scanning or intrusion attempts.
  • Malware, phishing, spam relays or open proxies for abuse.
  • Crypto-mining on shared game-server plans, or any workload that degrades neighbours.
  • Content that infringes intellectual property or another person’s privacy.

We may remove infringing content and suspend accounts that breach this section. Repeated or severe violations can lead to termination without refund.

6. Uptime & support

We target 99.9% network availability and provide 24/7 human support. Service-credit remedies for missed targets, and the events excluded from them (such as scheduled maintenance), are described in our Service Level Agreement. Support covers our platform and network — we cannot debug third-party game mods or plugins, but we’ll always point you in the right direction.

7. Your data & backups

You own the content you store on the Services. We take daily off-site backups for disaster recovery, but you remain responsible for keeping your own copies of anything important. Backups are a safety net, not an archival service, and we do not guarantee a recovery point for any individual file.

8. Suspension & termination

You may cancel at any time from the control panel. We may suspend or terminate the Services if you materially breach these Terms, fail to pay, or put our platform or other customers at risk.

When an server closes, we retain its data for 14 days so you can renew the server and export it, after which it is permanently deleted. As for Accounts that voilate our Terms of Service, thier data is automatically deleted

9. Disclaimers & liability

The Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost profits, data or goodwill.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services is limited to the amount you paid us for the affected Service in the three months before the claim arose.

10. Changes & contact

We may update these Terms as the Services evolve. Material changes will be announced by email or in the control panel at least 14 days before they take effect, and continued use after that date means you accept the revised Terms. Questions can go to legal@kelmora.cloud.
